WHAT DO I NEED TO START?

A stable internet connection & a working device are the only things you will require. Device can be a mobile phone or Laptop or tablet or desktop.

 WILL I BE ABLE TO COMPLETE EACH & EVERY SURVEY I ATTEMPT?

Unfortunately, that is an impossible expectation which NO survey website in the world can fulfill. You cannot expect to complete each & every survey you attempt. However, due to our selected profile Questionnaire , which you can answer while registering, we can send you the surveys which most fit your profile--thereby we weed out the surveys which are not a match to you & which you cannot qualify for.

 WILL ATTEMPTING MORE SURVEYS RAISE MY SURVEY COMPLETION RATE?

Yes Absolutely! When a person attempts the first 5 to 10 surveys, our internal server can begin mapping the most appropriate surveys to their profile, according to their previous responses. You will begin to notice an increase in survey completion rate.
More surveys you attempt, Higher your survey completion rate!

HOW LONG SHOULD I SPEND ON EACH SURVEY?

It depends upon the scope of Research, More Time equals More Points. Members are urged NEVER to rush through Surveys. Take your time, give your valuable opinion.

DO SOME SURVEYS TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR VERIFICATION?

Yes , Some times the client who has initiated the survey requires additional time to verify your responses to their survey. This verification time can take upto 30 to 60 days for new users who have not attempted many surveys.
However, if you have attempted more surveys & your account has a good rating, this approval usually takes less time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT KEEP “ACTIVE STATUS”?

Members who have not logged in 30 consecutive days will be deemed “Inactive”. They will also not be sent any Survey Links.

HOW MANY ACCOUNTS CAN I OPEN?

Each person will be only allowed to open one account, no exceptions. Members should never give erroneous information in their accounts. We have our ways of tracking these accounts and we will be regrettably forced to blacklist these accounts.

CAN I USE VPN TO REGISTER MY ACCOUNT?

Never use any VPN to register or use your survey account—as it defeats the entire purpose of Market Research for a particular region. Clients will block you from their surveys if you use VPN.
